God has a significant place and purpose for you.

Bethany’s Women’s Ministry is designed to help women flourish in every season of life and ministry. Because women need close relationships, support and encouragement to help them grow stronger and healthier in Christ, our ministries offer a variety of places to find these.

Morning Equipping

Kickoff is February 4th!

Morning Equipping is designed to immerse women in the Word with the primary goal being to see God and know Him thus equipping us to do life for His glory and in His joy.
We gather together on Tuesday mornings from 9:00-11:00 a.m. for 12 weeks each semester, and offer a variety of studies from which to choose. We begin with a corporate worship time, then we break into our smaller study groups for digging deeper into the Bible and building community with one another. Kid’s Edition is offered simultaneously. Kid’s Edition provides quality care along with a Bible story and activities for little ones ages birth to 5 years. Pre-registration for Morning Equipping and Kid’s Edition are highly encouraged.

We are going to pick back up in Acts where the gospel is being spread to the ends of the earth by the early church. This study is free and will use a variety of study methods to take a deeper look at what Acts is saying and what it means for the church today!  The fall semester is not a prerequisite to join this study.
God of Covenant is a 10 session Bible Study on Genesis 12-50 which studies the stories of the fathers of our faith- Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. The study walks you through verse by verse, tracing the themes of covenant and resurrection, redemption and hope. There are 5 days of study each week with small group discussion questions and a weekly video.
Watch how a “man after God’s own heart” ascend to the throne, and then descend into sin.  See how a covenant-keeping God turns a man from the worst sins to a victorious finish.
There is saying, “There are two things in life you can count on…death and taxes.” Well, there is another thing you can count on; it is conflict. Relationships can be challenging at times. As a Christian, God calls us to be peacemakers. Peacemakers breathe grace by drawing continually on the goodness and power of Jesus Christ. Instead of reacting to to disputes in a confused, defensive, or angry manner, let us learn together to respond to conflict confidently and constructively by the very power of God who can and will enable us.

Soul Sisters Fort Wilderness Retreat

February 7-9, 2020
A Weekend Retreat for Women of all Recreational Levels!
This weekend offers a perfect opportunity for women of faith to gather together and be refreshed through fellowship, fun, and prayer. You may choose to simply “rest” but we will have several different activities available. There are options to listen to speaker Michael Lane, worship, do crafts, outdoor activities, workshops, board games or you can simply read a book. Whatever you choose! We like to call it “unstructured with options”! This is also a great opportunity to invite friends and family that are not attending a church.

Meets the second Thursday of each month.

At 10 a.m. on the second Thursday of every month meet in the KIDstuf classrooms with other women. Bring a sack lunch and your favorite pair of scissors.
This ministry reaches far beyond our walls as it supports missionaries and communities by partnering with EFCA Touch Global. White Cross makes and sends medical supplies, clothes, and other items that will encourage and serve communities around the world.
